| 1.Wash hands and bottles before preparing the drink. Sterilise bottles by boiling them in water for 5 minutes. |
| 2.Boil the drinking water safely and then cool it to 50-60°C. |
| 3.Using the scoop provided, place the recommended amount of formula powder into the feeding bottle as per the feeding guide. |
| 4.Tighten the bottle and shake briskly until the powder is fully dissolved. Before feeding, test the temperature of the formula on your inner wrist, and feed immediately if suitable. |
